Baz and Jac talk about the positive and negative little things that make a big difference to the experience of care and their wellbeing. Examples of negative little things are poor care home building up keep like an unrepaired guttering, lack of tidying up after a shellf has been installed.

It makes them think that if this is how you look after a building how do you look after people. Examples of positive little things are the care home smelling nice (not of urine), the place looking bright/clean and staff that are friendly who have the time to sit and talk with you.

They also talk about the negative impact of being allocated to dementia wards.
