- Raise concerns where poor practice is identified, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support the Integrated Recruitment East (IR East) programme, working in partnership to strengthen the care workforce across our region.
- Promote system working by raising awareness and understanding of career pathways and good employment practices across the sector.
We will continue to help to shape a social care sector that is compassionate, resilient, and future-ready.
I will continue to promote the real care deal to all to hopefully make it national, I am committed to raising the quality and standards of care for all. To allow all to have personal ownership of their individual care plan allowing them to say its my care plan taking ownership and truly living their best life. Thus allowing self determination for all, to also promote good practice at all levels to raise understanding and awareness for all, promoting an open and transparent conversation at all levels, to never hide from the issues and include all.
We will continue to work in a person centred manner to deliver tailored provision for the people of Norfolk. We work closely with others such as NORCA, N&SCS, LLPN, NCC, N+W ICB, to provide joined up holistic solutions for peoples individual needs and circumstances. We will work with people to understand their experience of our service through feedback and look to learn from any occasions when things have not gone as well as they could or should have done.
