Kyle shares his experiences of home-care, the good staff members, the team leaders if you can get hold of them, but Kyle is not so happy with the managers!

Kyle talks about the staff who come into the home, who he enjoys talking with and chilling out with, after doing chores! 😉

Why it is important to get hold of team leaders – to find out where staff members are, if they are late for example.

This makes Kyle feel mad, because no-one lets him know where his staff members are.

Kyle also talks about the frustrations of team managers asking him to stop being a nuisance by calling them and of not being part of the converastion about who supports him and when, and the not knowing until the last minute sometimes who will take him on his Comi-Con adventures!

The new rule about banking hours Kyle talks about, turned out to be ‘against the rules’, and was changed not long after talking with Kyle!
