We spoke with Mandy to ask her if there is anything she finds frustrating.

I’m Mandy. Yeah. And I’ve been here 26 years and I, one thing I’m finding difficult is getting the staff to stand there and listen to what I’m coming out with. They always say, yeah, we’ll sort it out in a minute, and it never happened.

How does that make you feel?

Oh, how do I feel?

Yeah.

I feel furious ’cause all you come in there and how the howl after that. But I wish they would, listen to me more.
